Marc Caron brings over 30 years of practical, small business experience to his clients at Padgett Business Services. Marc grew up in a family of entrepreneurs and from an early age had an active role in the family agricultural supply business. He moved on to manage businesses ranging from 5 to 30 employees and had multi-million dollar sales. This solid business background enables Marc to truly understand and appreciate the issues that you face as a small business owner.

In 1990, Marc acted on his lifelong passion for developing small businesses and started Padgett Business Services on the main street of Ridgetown. Marc has partnered with his clients to develop one of the most successful businesses in the Padgett network. This affiliation with Padgett allows him to stay up-to-date on the wide variety of regulations that impact your business and more importantly allows him to offer effective solutions.

Marc is extremely proud of his business, his clients, and most importantly his family. He is a proud grandparent to Trevor, Alyssa, and Joel. Jackie Cameron is a client specialist at Padgett Business Services in Ridgetown, Ontario. She has a BASc from the University of Guelph and B of Ed from Western U. She comes from a farming background with related bookkeeping experience and knowledge of government agricultural programs. She has provided her talents to the business for the past ten years. Jackie has four children, twin boys who have their Engineering degree, a daughter attending her first year at university and a young son that enjoys many sports.

Jason Rekker (RPA) is an Accountant at Padgett Business Services in Ridgetown, Ontario. He has an R.P.A. designation, Bachelor of Commerce at Nipissing University and holds two Accounting Diplomas from St Clair College. Jason has been actively involved in an annual tax clinic for seniors hosted by St Clair College since 2009. Jason currently resides in Chatham, Ontario with his son.
